This is a permanent fulltime position working 40 hours per week.
About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you'll step into a leadership position that's as rewarding as it is challenging. You'll have the opportunity to shape the culture of your centre, build strong relationships with tamariki, whanau, and kaiako, and uplift your team with purpose and passion.

About You:
You'll bring passion, professionalism, and purpose to everything you do. You'll also have:
- A Level 7 ECE qualification and a current NZ Teaching Certification
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a Centre Manager or Head Teacher
- Sound knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whariki
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
- A growth mindset, effective coaching skills, and a love for quality teaching
