Role Overview:
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of our raw pet food shop, helping customers find the best solutions for their pets and creating a positive, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in the door. You’ll be working with a small team including staff at our factory in Oakura.
Training and education about the product and raw feeding as a whole will be provided.About You:

- Have a passion for pets and animal wellbeing
- Are confident in an outward facing role, speaking to customers and offering tailored advice
- Are a strong communicator and team player
- Are comfortable taking some short-form video content in store
- Consider yourself to be an organized person who consistently pays attention to detail
Customer service or previous retail experience is ideal but not required. If you’re a fast learner who takes on feedback and advice, we want to hear from you too.
