Painter & Client Relationship Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Following up leads quickly and converting enquiries into jobs
• Representing the business with professionalism, energy, and confidence

What we’re looking for:

• Well-presented, professional, and approachable
• Strong phone manner and communication skills
• Proven relationship builder with a “go-getter” attitude
• Fast, efficient, and organised in following up clients and opportunities
• Sales and/or marketing experience (painting/building industry knowledge is a bonus – but passion and willingness to learn is just as valuable!)

The opportunity:

• This role is designed for someone ready to step up. Starting wages from $30 per hour, this position offers a significant jump, with $45–$55 per hour available, depending on your proven ability and experience.
