About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide the administration of Health New Zealand Waikato employee files and relevant payroll documents and resources.
This is an exciting, wide-ranging role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks for and within the Payroll Team
You'll have the chance to demonstrate your skills in analysis, time and task management, as well as your attention to detail and accuracy.

About you
Essential Skills:
- NCEA level 3 or relevant work experience
- Medium to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word
- An understanding of HR and Payroll related legislation as it applies to the Health Service
- An understanding of collective agreements and individual employment contracts
- Undertake shift work if and when needed
Desired Skills:
- PeopleSoft and OneStaff experience is advantageous
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to:

- Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
