What We're Looking For:As a seasoned Payroll Officer, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' New Zealand payroll experience.
- A strong understanding of New Zealand employment and payroll related legislation and payroll best practice.
- Experience running large payrolls is essential and if you've used Astute payroll this would be advantageous.
- Based in Hamilton, available to work 30 hours per week.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy and passionate about payroll.
- Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture.
- Accountability, a can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in payroll.
Your Impact:
In this role, you'll be responsible for processing the weekly payroll for a fluctuating level of candidates accurately and on time. Manage reporting, including IRD filing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role is 30 hours per week, and we are looking for someone with an intermediary level of experience.
