Job Description - Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to our set menu and standards (including breakfast, coffee brunchs, and cabinet food)
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control
Assist with training and supporting new staff in the coffee operations
Provide support on the shop floor when required (customer service, staff supervision, restocking, basic reporting)
Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and professional café environment
