Ordering, section maintenance, food quality and quantity management, supervision and training, A high standard of product, produced and presented. All general kitchen tasks assumed, health and safety, cleaning, food hygiene, etc.
Strong communication skills, self motivated, team player, positive attitude.
Must have previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced , progressive kitchen.
Trainee role, Have a good work ethic, keen, take instruction, handle pressure and willing to learn and grow.Opportunity to gain skills and even a career in Cookery, all skills taught on the job. No experience necessary just good attitude and readiness to learn.
Work will be onsite at Flatwhite, 21 Shaw road, Waihi beach. Operations open between 8am and 9pm, 5 days a week generally, excluding peak summer holiday period 7 days a week.
