Hoed Research is looking for Mystery Shoppers who reside in the Napier area to visit a large retail store, make a general enquiry, take some general images of the product you settle on, and depart. Your findings are submitted into an online portal.
We are measuring the Customer Service and providing feedback to the client for corrective action.
