- What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, phone calls, and email communication.
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and reconciliations (Xero experience essential).
- Coordinate scheduling, material ordering, and communications with our field technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring proactive follow-ups and communication.
- Support HR tasks including onboarding, time tracking, and compliance.
- Use Simpro for job management (experience preferred, but training provided).
