We're seeking an experienced 2IC Dispatch Team Leader to join a dynamic warehouse operation in Grace field, Wellington.
What You'll Do:- Lead a high-performing stock management team across on-site and off-site locations
- Ensure stock accuracy, effective replenishments, and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain stock integrity including lot tracking and expiry date controls
- Support internal teams by ensuring pick areas are ready and accessible
- Champion health and safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives
- 2-5 years in a warehouse leadership role
- 2 - 3 years as a Inventory Specialist advantage
- Formal training in logistics or warehousing (preferred)
- Strong planning, people leadership, and communication skills
- Valid Counterbalance & Reach Truck licenses - Advantage
- Passion for accuracy, safety, and motivating a team
