A bit about the roles…We're excited to be recruiting two team members to join our team:
- 1 x Customer Service Team Member
- 1 x Point of Sale (Checkout) Team Member
Both roles are rostered to work Friday and Saturday.
What you'll be doing…Depending on the role, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences- Assisting customers with enquiries, purchases, returns and general account queries
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Thinking on your feet to find customer-focused solutions
- Working as part of a supportive and energetic team
You'll be organised, adaptable and comfortable working at pace in a busy retail environment.
