A rare opportunity has arisen at Rental HQ Limited (RHQ), a professional and progressive property management company located in Te Atatu Peninsula. We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take sole charge of an existing, well-maintained portfolio
- Build strong relationships with both property owners and tenants
- Manage maintenance requests through Tapi and liaise with tradespeople
- Conduct property viewings, and complete Entry/Exit inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with processes
- Working closely within your team to deliver outstanding customer service

What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a property management role
- Sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A "can-do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- A Full NZ Driver's Licence
- The right to work in New Zealand
