The new solution will be implemented in conjunction with our vendor partners.The programme is in the build and implement phase and change management is critical to the success of this transformation, so we are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support the Project Manager.This position supports the Project Manager through maintaining workplans, resource planning tools, and financial management, including budget creation and timesheet administration.

You will organise project-related events, manage portfolio registers, and ensure adherence to project processes in collaboration with the Enterprise Project Management Office.The role also involves compiling accurate portfolio reports, liaising with vendors, and acting as the key contact for financial enquiries.Your efforts will contribute to the successful delivery of this Health Programme, ensuring we meet budget, time, and quality objectives.

This includes the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information, as part of programme and project administration in an IT environment Utu ā-tau | SalaryThe mid-point of the salary range is $91,234 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $77, 549
  • $109,481 per annum.
