You'll join a leading financial institution embarking on a significant core platform transformation. This programme is central to modernising systems, streamlining processes, and improving customer and operational outcomes across the organisation.
Your new role:As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the core banking transformation. You'll partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to define requirements, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and support delivery in agile and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities:- Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Engage with stakeholders across business and IT to identify needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Contribute to project planning and delivery across multiple streams
- Support solution design and testing phases
- Ensure outcomes align with the programme's overall transformation objectives
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong background in finance or banking
- Deep understanding of core banking systems and financial products
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Payments knowledge desirable but not essential
- 12-month initial contract with likely extensions
- Central Auckland location
- Work on one of New Zealand's leading transformation programmes
