Key Responsibilities- Lead business analysis activities within a complex transformation programme.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Support agile and hybrid delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
- Align business needs with technology capabilities and programme objectives.
- Foster communication and collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong domain knowledge in banking and/or financial services.
- Ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Availability to start within 1 to 2 weeks.
- Must hold valid New Zealand work rights.
- Be part of a high-profile transformation initiative.
