About the role:

We have permanent full-time opportunity to join our Wellington team as our Field Service Shift Supervisor, your role is to ensure your team have the skills, tools and motivation to deliver in their roles.

Your team will cover Electronic Monitoring Field Officer and Patrol roles. They will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence, you and your team will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs.

Your team will also monitor client properties, attend alarm activations and general call outs.

This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.

What we can offer you:

  • Full training will be provided along with the required PPE and Uniform.
*$26.00 per hour
  • 4 on, 4 off roster
  • 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts a week
  • Opportunities to move into new roles within the business

What we need you to have:

  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to think, problem solve, and make decisions quickly in challenging environments
  • Ability to handle stress and pressure
  • Be able to wear SRBA throughout your whole shift
  • Physical fitness
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Current COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this)
  • Full clean NZ Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
