We're looking for a motivated and reliable Duty Manager to join our team at Four Square Patea.

This role is 16 hours per week, worked over 2 days, with afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.

• Supervising shifts and supporting the team
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Opening and closing the store
• Handling cash, compliance, and store procedures
• Leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
• Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
• Current Duty Manager Certificate is a distinct advantage (Obtaining this can be supported for the right candidate)
• Ability to work other shifts and days to help cover leave
