About the Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both the restaurant and our guest accommodation. This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are the same.
Availability:
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent table service and hosting our guests
Managing and supporting the team during service
Overseeing restaurant operations in the absence of senior management
Assisting with accommodation management, including guest rooms and guest relations
Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
A current Manager’s Certificate is an advantage
Don’t have one yet? We can work with you to obtain it
Strong leadership and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
