Key Responsibilities

- Follow hygiene standards and maintain food safety.
- Maintain freshness and presentation of food, contributing to the creation of menu items.
- Comply with kitchen safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols in food handling, preparation, and storage, following industry standards.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper functioning of all tools.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workspace.
- Manage inventory and storage, ensuring food meets production needs, including handling, preserving,
- Maintain overall quality and presentation of food, ensuring it meets the required standards while
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and design menus and catering services.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Hardworking and reliable with flexibility to work.
- Experience in North Indian dishes and a good hand on tandoor and curry section.
- Experience in Indo-Chinese cuisine.
