Our client is embarking on a significant CRM and ERP transformation programme aimed at modernising systems and enhancing customer and employee experience. With leadership based in both New Zealand and Australia, this is a unique opportunity to work across trans-Tasman lines on a high-impact project.

As the Lead Consultant for change, you'll co-design and implement a comprehensive change strategy that enables workforce transition and adoption. You'll build relationships across stakeholder groups, facilitate workshops, and apply data-driven and agile methodologies to accelerate change.

Responsibilities:

• Co-design and drive the change vision, roadmap and strategy
• Conduct impact analysis across people, processes and technology
• Lead workforce readiness and transition planning
• Monitor and report change progress using dashboards and analytics
• Engage leaders and stakeholders to sponsor and champion change
• Report to the Change Director (Australia) and Program Manager (NZ)

Requirements:

• Experience with ADKAR or other change frameworks
• Proven ability to lead workshops and structured change delivery
• Passion for using data and digital tools in change enablement
• Able to work in a hybrid team environment (onshore/offshore)
• Willing to be onsite as required
• Oracle (Nice to have)
