Gilmour's has been providing an outstanding service to the Hawkes Bay for 8 years and we are excited to announce the opening of our new Cash and Carry in Napier! We are an NZ Owned and operated business that prides ourselves of being our customers' most trusted food service provider.
casual roster: As needed from Sunday to Thursday from 4:00pm to 12:30am.
The Role:- Responsible for picking orders in our store using our WMS system, full training is provided.
- In a fast-paced environment you'll work with your Team leader and Wave Assistant and team members every day to drive 100% completion of customer orders.
- You will be picking grocery, liquor, chilled, frozen and butchery items.
- Create, drive, and deliver awesome customer experiences through following processes and adherence of standards.

- The ability to drive something within a flexible and creative working environment if there is a better way, let us know!
- You will be working for the owner of the business who has a serious investment in the business and is also heavily invested in you. If you are the right person, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop so that one day you can also be the owner of a store here in NZ.

- Hourly rate increase of $2.00 per hour when working Chilled & Frozen departments.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
- Have worked in a previous retail/wholesale environment or other FMCG business.
- You will be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able to respond to incoming requests.
- Be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved up to 20kg.
- Willing to work extra when required with great attendance references.
- Fork hoist and reach license would be preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
