Directional Drill Operator / Locator (2 Roles Available)
Full Time 40hrs/wk + overtime when required
Armadillo Civil is a locally owned Civil Engineering Company that requires a Directional Drill Operator and a Drill Locator to join our team.
These positions are for individuals who are self-starters, with can do attitudes. If you lack some of the experience, you will make up for it in attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience required for Directional Drill Operator include:- Proven experience as a Drill Operator or Machine Operator.
- Experience with Ditch Witch ideal
- Able to help plan and execute drilling operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean Full Class 1 Licence
- Proven experience as a Drill Locator or Machine Operator
- Experience in water reticulation ideal
- Able to help plan and execute drilling operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean Full Class 1 Licence
- Practical, hands-on experience in similar industry
- Mechanically minded.
- Eager to learn new skills
- Great communication skills to be able to work alongside your team, managers, and engineers to meet project deadlines.
- Able to turn your hand to whatever comes your way
- Able to follow instructions carefully
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Be able to work effectively in a team.
- Class 2 and WTR licenses
- Working in a vibrant team environment
