After School Care Team Leader & Assistants

The position of Team Leader hours of work will be a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday to Friday during the school terms, with full-time hours during the Holiday Programmes available.

If you are genuinely interested in caring for children, fun, energetic and have the confidence and passion to be an excellent leader, this job is for you. Bright customer service and organisational skills are also essential, as you will be implementing the day-to-day programme activities, and managing your staff on the floor.

We are looking for someone to commit to the role long-term. In return, we offer training in all aspects of the OSCAR profession, and the administration skills required to fulfil the role.

We are also looking for Superstar Programme Assistants. These hours can be up to 15 hrs a week, with holiday programme work available.

Applicants should show a natural ability to work with children, be enthusiastic and organised.

Full and clean Driver License required, and all our staff are Police vetted upon employment as this is a Core Worker role as per the Vulnerable Children's Act.
