We’re a family-run roofing company with a strong reputation across Northland, looking for a highly skilled Lead Hand / Experienced Roofer to join our team. With a steady pipeline of residential and light commercial projects, we need a proven tradesperson who can take the lead, deliver quality, and help grow the next generation of roofers.
What we’re looking for:- 10+ years’ roofing experience, including proficiency in:
- Long run roofing systems
- Wall cladding - Horizontal and vertical
- Marley and Colorsteel Spouting
- Tile roofing experience is beneficial
- Top rates for experience in standing seam tray profiles
- Ability to lead a small crew, coordinate work, and mentor apprentices.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
- Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
- Current driver’s licence and NZ residency / valid work visa.
- Your own set of tools.
- Current Site Safe Passport, First Aid Certificate, and/or Working at Heights.
