• Leadership: Motivate, lead, and supervise roofing crews in the installation of longrun roofing and wall cladding systems, whilst upskilling crew members and apprentices along the way
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of NZ’s metal roofing and wall cladding practices to ensure finished product meets and exceeds quality standards
• Health & Safety: Conduct onsite toolbox talks and complete site-specific H&S documentation and hazard identification, whilst maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Project Communication: Effectively communicate and liaise with Project Managers to ensure roofing and cladding projects are executed on time
• Workmanship & Quality Assurance: Deliver a high standard of quality workmanship in your team’s finished product
• Material Management: Conduct on-site roof measures, accurately draw and order detailed flashings, and any other materials as required
• Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges

• Proven experience as a Longrun Roofer with a minimum of 5 years
• In-depth knowledge of longrun roofing systems and installation techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
• Strong focus on Health and Safety with a commitment to quality workmanship
• First Aid, EWP, Working at Heights, and SiteSafe passport would be advantageous
• Must have your own tools
• Must have a full driver's licence
