Your Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of store operations while on duty, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, helping them to elevate their customer service skills.
  • Ensure the store is adequately resourced and stocked to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working across varying shifts in our 7-day operation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to building strong customer relationships.
  • The ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the Tourism Retail Industry, with the ability to work flexible hours.
