Admin Administrator – Part Time

Join The Concrete Company as a part-time Admin Administrator, supporting a wide range of day-to-day operations across office, health and safety, vehicles, IT, events, and more.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and keeping everything running smoothly. From managing supplies and scheduling to vehicle admin, newsletters, and staff events — you'll play a vital role in the success of our daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating health and safety inductions, incident reporting, and compliance admin
  • Managing office stock, groceries, stationery, and bin schedules
  • Overseeing vehicle admin: WOFs, RUCs, registrations, fuel reports, and fleet records
  • Handling insurance renewals and claims support
  • Creating monthly newsletters for staff, clients, and suppliers
  • Supporting staff with phone/computer issues, phone setup, and voicemail
  • Organising staff events (Christmas parties, awards, lunches, etc.)
  • Coordinating two-yearly fundraising events
  • Providing general office support and covering the Office Accounts Manager when needed
  • Updating the office noticeboard with MD availability, vehicle bookings, public holidays, and staff notices
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and working knowledge of Xero/Workflow Max
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A trustworthy, efficient, and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A strong sense of initiative and reliability
