Hygiene Cleaning Services is a rapidly growing commercial, and car valet
cleaning company known for reliability, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.
As our operations expand, we are seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to
support the Director and help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
About the Role

We are looking for an efficient, proactive, and trustworthy personal assistant who can

manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, communicate with clients and staff, and assist with both cleaning and car valet service operations. This role is ideal for

someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working along with the Director of the company.
  • Liaising with Contract employers & Crew.
  • Daily Reports on staff allocated to each location for cleaning.
  • Preparing and monitoring daily roster sheets as instructed by the manager/director of the
company.
  • Ensuring compliance & confidentiality issues are maintained by all workers. Report to the
director on any breaches.
  • Arranging appointment times for new Contracts to be negotiated by the Director.
  • Checking daily correspondence and mails received.
  • Filing all records on invoicing and funds received from clients.
  • Answer all telephone enquiries.
  • Daily/Weekly reports to be provided to the employer who is not available at all sites.
  • You will be required to be at all sites and provide training and induction to our cleaning procedures and standards to be maintained.
