Location: AucklandPosition: Personal Assistant
Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $32.00-$34.50 per hour
Hours of work: minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 50 hours per week
Shifted from Monday to Saturday
We require the candidate to have:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- OR tertiary qualification in business or equivalent to a New Zealand qualification level 5
Duties and responsibilities:
- Schedule and organize marketing advertising on regular basis
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to director
- Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately
- Record notes and messages for the employer
- Maintaining confidential files and documents of the business
- Deal with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the Director
- Perform as a liaison between the employer, staffs, subcontractor or city council staffs as required
- Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary
- Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
- Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
- Any other duties may be required by the company
