My client is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their business at any of their South Auckland based retail stores!

Role responsibilities:
- Nurturing and developing a high-performing team - upskilling team members and driving their performance on a daily basis, keeping in mind fun, engaging people-focused culture
- Supporting the Store Manager with financial operations including KPIs, finance & P&L
- Leading by example with phenomenal customer service - driving your team to make customer-centric decisions in every interaction
- Managing processes/compliance inline with industry specific laws
