At Beststeel, we build high-quality custom steel gates, fencing, and balustrades - and we're looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of our projects from workshop through to installation.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role. We need someone who can plan, lead, and jump on the tools when needed - someone the team respects because you lead from the front.

The Role

You'll be the key link between management, workshop, site teams, and customers - making sure jobs run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

• Lead and coordinate projects from fabrication through to installation
• Work alongside the team on-site when required (this is a hands-on role)
• Liaise with customers and keep them informed throughout the job
• Plan workflow between workshop and installation teams
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
• Organise materials, equipment hire, and site logistics
• Track job progress and provide weekly updates
• Lead and support installation teams on-site
• Take ownership of health & safety on-site - ensuring safe practices, compliance, and a strong safety culture

• Proven leadership experience in construction, fabrication, or similar
• Hands-on attitude - willing to jump in and get the job done
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and keep things moving
• Confident communicator with both team and clients
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
