Front of House Duty Manager

As our new Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all — helping to lead our awesome FOH team during service; by keeping the floor humming, and ensuring service standards stay sky-high.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating exceptional dining experiences and ensuring guests feel welcome, looked after, and keen to return
- Running smooth, efficient shifts and keeping the FOH team sharp, positive, and on their game
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in fostering a team culture that’s supportive, professional, and fun
- Supervising, coaching, and motivating staff while leading by example
- Making sure we comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act — keeping everyone safe, responsible, and within the law
- Handling customer issues with confidence and a cool head
- Taking care of open/close procedures, floor management, and day-to-day admin tasks as needed including stock ordering and management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current Duty Manager’s Certificate (essential)
- Previous experience in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role
- Bar service experience
- A genuine love for hospo and an eye for detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills — you’re someone others look up to
- Confidence with booking systems, POS, and all things floor service
- An upbeat attitude and a calm presence, even during a busy rush
