About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi We're looking for kaimahi to join our Resolution Services team in Hamilton so we can continue to meet the demands of the growth in claims volumes, support change interventions underway and execute on initiatives that support rehabilitation performance.
A day in the life of a Review Specialist involves looking at decisions made here in ACC through the eyes of customers and independent reviewers, with a drive to do the right thing at the right time. You will identify if early resolution is possible with clients and advocates, getting to the core of their conflict with ACC.'Review Specialists attend conciliations when required, and when early resolution is not possible and we are confident our decision is robust, we represent ACC at review hearings.
We work with and manage reviews across all areas of ACC, which means that no two days are the same. You will have plenty of variety in your work and autonomy in your day-to-day work to make a real difference to the customer experience.
