We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager – China Market to join our Christchurch CBD store and lead the charge in managing customer relations for the Chinese market. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Prepare and manage communication materials for customers and business partners, ensuring alignment with our brand and values.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key partners from the Chinese market.
- Flexibility to work varied hours within our operating schedule (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week).
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience in the tourism retail industry,
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Chinese-speaking customers and partners,
- Leadership: ability to manage and inspire a team, with exceptional relationship-building and decision-making skills,
- Customer Focus: A deep commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing outstanding service,
- Flexibility: This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) working across varying shifts.
