Nelson Tasman Hospice (NTH) is a charitable organisation and as part of the Whakatu and Te Tai o Aorere communities provides compassionate palliative care for people with a life limiting illness and their whanau.

We are looking for an experienced human resources generalist to join our team as our People & Capability Advisor in a full time role.

An experienced HR advisor who is keen to have an incredibly rewarding career working with others to care for our patients and whanau

Has an interest in and knowledge of Health, Safety and Wellbeing legislation and is keen to be involved in related initiatives

Understands tikanga and the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Partnership, Participation and Protection

Has experience or wishes to gain experience in a unionised environment

Can establish strong relationships and credibility as an effective HR partner to our leaders.

A strong team player with a collaborative style who can also solve problems and make astute decisions when necessary

You must be a New Zealand permanent resident or citizen and hold a full driver’s licence.
