As a Store Manager you will be resposnible for :

  • Effectively manage the overall operations of The Pokeno Pizza store.
  • Plans and coordinates the daily operations of The Pokeno Pizza Store.
  • Manages and supervises staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluation.
  • Oversees the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the team independently and supervise the staff for smooth routine operations of business including on different occasions or specific community events.
  • Strategically plan the growth of business at a local level ensuring maximum regular casual customers at the store.
  • Introduce and implement new and innovative ideas to generate revenue.
  • Monitors inventory levels and orders supply as needed.
  • Manages budgets and financial transactions, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage operations with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the Store.
  • Take random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer service and food and use the same for making changes in strategy of the business.
  • Plan promotions and combos to attract customers as part of marketing.
  • Provide direction to shift leaders and staff to achieve The Store goals.
  • Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to front and kitchen staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage the store to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
  • Consistently monitor product and labour costs to remain within goals.
  • Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices.
  • Follow the store policies and procedures including those for cash handling and safety/security.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement.
  • Conduct meeting with staff.

Requirements: # Age 18 years or older.

# Qualification i.e. Diploma in Business/Hospitality management OR three years of relevent experience
# Strong leadership, motivational, and people skill

# Ability to work in a Multicultural Environment.

# Good customer service skills
# Team player and ability to work competently under pressure.

# Reliable and flexible to change.
