Assistant Restaurant Manager/Duty Manager X 2

If you have 2 years of experience working in a restaurant/hotels, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a genuine love for all things Hospitality, we want to hear from you!

• Ensure the daily operations run seamlessly, maintaining standards and guest satisfaction.

• Work with our kitchen crew to facilitate good communication.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Flourish in the fast-paced rhythm of our establishment, making quick and informed decisions during peak periods.
• Assist in overseeing inventory management and stock control, ensuring the restaurant is consistently well-stocked and organised.
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies, promotions, and special events.
• Champion health and safety, guaranteeing the restaurant is clean, secure, and compliant.

• A current Duty manager Licence and/or LCQ qualifications is advantages not necessary (We can help getting that too)
• 2 years experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Experience in high-energy, fast-paced dining environments.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, characterized by your ability to inspire, mentor, and nurture team members.
• Proficiency in managing reservations, point-of-sale systems, and basic office software.
• Familiarity with Food safety regulations, ensuring a spotless and organized restaurant environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays and split shifts.

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $25.00 to $35.00
