Part-time | Monday–Friday | Up to 30 hours per week (with room to grow)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and capable Office Assistant to join our small but mighty Head Office team at Dunedin Acquisitions. If you thrive in a supportive environment where everyone pitches in—and you're confident wearing multiple hats—this could be the perfect role for you.

• Solid experience in office administration and general accounts
• Ability to manage and reconcile Accounts Payable
• Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• A high level of customer service skills
• Experience with inward and outward correspondence
• Confidence using Xero or similar accounting software (payroll experience a bonus)
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A team-player attitude with the ability to work independently
• A fast learner who takes initiative and adapts quickly
• A can-do approach—someone who’s happy to jump in wherever needed, from reconciling accounts to answering phones and helping keep the team on track
