Fairlight Station is a 2500ha property located 45 min south of Queenstown and 45min north of Lumsden running approx. 18,000 su. (3300 ewes, 600 cows and 2100 hinds) plus support stock.
We are looking for an experienced stock person who will fit into our team environment, be prepared to take responsibility.

We have 5 permanent staff and 3 trainees as part of the Fairlight Foundation
Attributes required for the position are:- Experienced stock person with a quality team of dogs, working with sheep, cattle and deer.
- Have good communication skills, be organised and keep good records.
- Be energetic and motivated to make a difference.
- Be prepared to work to all aspects of the farming operation.
- Must be able to work independently & as a team member.
- Applicants should be physically fit and have a full drivers licence.

Garston primary school year 1-8, is 14 kms away, with school bus stop 5kms at road end. The nearest Secondary School is located in Lumsden.
