We are looking for a Personal Assistant (to Director) to join our Chartered Accounting firm and provide high-level support to management and other team members.

Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Three Kings, Auckland
Qualifications : NZ Accounting / Management / Business qualification

Experience: 2+ years in similar (CA firm) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the Director.
  • Gathering documents and attending to meeting logistics
  • Drafts, reviews and sends communications on behalf of management
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Answers and returns phone calls
  • Drafts, reviews and sends communications on behalf of management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office administration tasks.
  • Support the wider team with administrative and operational duties.
