This full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.About YouYou're an experienced Personal Assistant who knows how to anticipate needs before they arise. Calm under pressure, superbly organised, and tech-savvy, you're someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism to everything you do.We’re looking for someone who:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA or support to senior staff.Communicates clearly and confidently across all levelsCan juggle multiple priorities with grace and precisionIs highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Visio & Outlook)Has strong reporting, documentation, and writing skillsBrings a proactive, positive and discreet approach to their workThrives on continuous improvement and high standardsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
