Restaurant Manager – McDonald’s Papatoetoe
We are seeking an experienced, professional and proven Restaurant Manager with strong McDonald’s credentials. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, is passionate about customer service, and knows how to deliver results through people and performance.
The Opportunity
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of South Auckland’s proudest McDonald’s restaurants. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team while ensuring every shift runs to the highest standard. Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently deliver on key KPIs and maintain compliance excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead your team to achieve QSC excellence and outstanding customer experiences.
Deliver daily, weekly and monthly on critical KPIs including Sales, GP%, Labour, OEPE, Service & Delivery.
Own the P&L, execute business plans, and drive sustainable growth.
Ensure food safety, audit readiness, and compliance with all McDonald’s systems.
Recruit, train, and develop people to build a strong bench of future leaders.
Champion a high-performance, positive workplace culture and lead by example.
About YouMUST have minimum 24 months proven McDonald’s Restaurant Manager or Assistant RM experience
Track record of hitting KPIs and running successful operations.
Professional leader with strong coaching and communication skills.
Commercially astute, IT savvy, and confident managing P&L.
Hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and is ‘always on’
