Are you a skilled HVAC Estimator or QS looking for a new challenge? Join a reputable national business delivering key commercial projects across New Zealand.
This is a permanent opportunity based in either Christchurch or Cromwell, where you'll be involved in diverse, large-scale developments such as hospitals, schools, prisons, retail, and office spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Estimating and tendering on HVAC projects ranging from $200k to $40M+
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing and negotiations
- Reviewing cross-trade documentation (electrical, hydraulic, fire, etc.)
- Ensuring full compliance with mechanical services scope
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong HVAC and mechanical services experience
- Proven cost planning and estimating skills
- Familiarity with drawings, plant design, and HVAC controls
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail

HVAC Engineering- Cost Models
- Heat Pumps
