Captain Cooks Bar is a well-established venue in Marton, known for its friendly atmosphere and loyal local crowd. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Chef to take charge of the kitchen and help us continue to grow our food offering.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have full freedom to run the kitchen — from menu planning and prep to service and stock control. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants stability, creativity, and the chance to put their own stamp on a venue that’s ready to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook quality pub-style meals and weekly specials.
Manage daily kitchen operations, ordering, and stock levels.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Work with management on menu development and seasonal updates.
Lead by example with a positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
