- 5.00 Monday to Friday (max 8 hours a day).
A full day's work is required as this role covers planned and unplanned leave in frontline positions.
There are also opportunities for weekend and afterhours work and some roles do work beyond 5pm at times.As a casual receptionist/booking/ward clerk, you will be doing a mix of frontline reception work; clinic bookings and data entry so excellent word processing/data entry skills and multitasking is a must.
Other desirable attributes are the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and presentation, experience with medical terminology would be an advantage but not essential, the ability to work closely with colleagues and to manage a variety of tasks in busy environments.
Also, you must be prepared to move location to meet demand, can prioritise work and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.We all maintain a strong commitment toward quality improvement.
Experience in a call centre type environment would also be helpful.
