Bush Road Tyres has been delivering exceptional tyre & mechanical services to our loyal customers in Albany and the North Shore for many years, and have developed a reputation for excellent service.
We're currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our service department. This will involve:- Ordering / organisation of mechanical parts, tyres and workshop equipment
- Organising daily workload for mechanical and tyre staff
- Dealing with customers via phone, email and face to face
- Making bookings and invoicing jobs
- General organisation of daily workshop tasks
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and previous experience in a similar role.
Other valuable skills and attributes include:- Previous tyre and mechanical knowledge and experience
- Experience with parts and tyre ordering
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Top notch customer service skills
- Experience with SAM / AUXO software systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
A part of the employment process, you will be required to consent to Police background checks.
