Duty Manager (Part or Full time)

The Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, leading the floor and ensuring seamless service. You’ll support and motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage compliance and stock, and work closely with both front- and back-of-house to keep things running smoothly.
About You
You’re organised, reliable, and calm under pressure. You’re a natural leader with strong communication skills, a passion for food and beverage, and pride in delivering great service. Hospitality supervision experience and relevant qualifications are preferred.
