Qualifications & experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
Strong communication skills with attention to detail and superior time management.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns as they arise.
Enthusiasm, with the ability to create a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Flexible approach to working hours required.
A background in hospitality and/or cinema is advantageous.
Prior management/supervisory experience required.
Tasks & responsibilitiesReporting to the Cinema Complex Manager, run shifts and assist with day-to-day operations of the cinema.
Exercise your management/leadership skills and be a team player as we strive to provide the ultimate guest experience!
Provide leadership and coaching to cinema workers, setting the example with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will be trained in everything they need to know to run a shift at the cinema, from making popcorn and meals through to cashing up and making sure our movies screen in the highest quality.
