- ORDERING FOOD SUPPLIES.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE KITCHEN WORKS.
- MONITORING AND CONTROLLING FOOD WASTAGE.
- PREPARING ALL THE CURRIES,MO:MO AND NAAN.
- STOCKING ALL THE PRECOOKED FOOD IN A HYGIENIC WAY.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE CLEANING DUTIES INSIDE THE KITCHEN.
- PROPER LABELLING OF THE FOOD.
- MAINTAINING FOOD HYGIENE AND REGULATING KITCHEN SAFELY UNDER FOOD AND SAFETY RULES.? Perform other tasks as employer requires if needed.
- GREETING AND SERVING FOOD & BEVERAGES TO THE CUSTOMERS IN COURTEOUS MANNER.
- CARRYING OUT ANY ASSIGNED TASK BY THE RESTAURANT MANAGER.
- HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
- REPLENISH THE LINEN AND OTHER OPERATING EQUIPMENTS.
- ATTEND ALL THE TRAINING SESSIONS AS SCHEDULED.
- FOLLOW HOST RESPONSIBILTY POLICY ALL THE TIME.
- CLEAR THE TABLES AND DISPOSE THE DISHES IN THE KITCHEN IN PROPER PLACE.
- MAINTAIN PERSONAL HYGIENE AT ALL THE TIMES
- REPORT TO THE MANAGER IN EMERGENCIES.
- Perform other tasks as employer requires if needed.
