Change Manager
Auckland
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a critical transformation project involving the upgrade of a highly customised SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement pragmatic change plans and engagement strategies
- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials, quick reference guides, and end-user documentation
- Support training delivery
- Coordinate communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Measure adoption and address change readiness or knowledge gaps
- Collaborate with leadership to identify capability and support requirements
- Stay embedded in the programme to ensure consistency across deployment phases
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in delivering change in SAP environments (preferably GTS or trade documentation systems)
- Ability to quickly get up to speed in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering repeatable and sustainable training and adoption materials
- Confidence in driving change in transactional, operational user environments
- Comfortable working independently while closely aligned with a large programme team
